What is Your Warranty Policy?

NailVibe 7-Day No-Questions-Asked Warranty Policy

At NailVibe, we are dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality services and ensuring complete satisfaction. To support this commitment, we offer a 7-day no-questions-asked warranty on all our services. Our warranty policy covers any required repairs due to product quality and/or craftsmanship.

Warranty Coverage:

  • Our warranty covers any issues related to product quality or craftsmanship, including:
    • Premature chipping
    • Cracking
    • Discoloration
  • This warranty is valid for 7 days from the date of your original service.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover:
    • Nail art
    • Non-standard nail lengths or shapes
    • Damage resulting from misuse or accidents

How to Use the Warranty:

  • If you experience any issues with your service within 7 days, simply contact us to schedule a repair appointment.
  • No questions will be asked, and we will promptly address the issue at no additional cost to you.

Repair Process:

  • During your repair appointment, our skilled technicians will assess the issue and provide the necessary repairs to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • We strive to accommodate repair appointments as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience.

  • The 7-day warranty applies to all services performed at NailVibe, with the exceptions noted above.

  • Our beverage selection includes a variety of house cocktails, top-shelf liquor options, house wines, and popular beer selections.
  • Non-alcoholic beverages such as juices, sparkling water, and soft drinks are also available upon request.

Eligibility and ID Verification:

  • Alcoholic beverages are available exclusively to clients who are 21 years of age or older.
  • Clients must present a valid form of identification (driver’s license, passport, or state-issued ID card) upon request for an alcoholic beverage.
  • Our staff is trained to verify IDs to ensure compliance with legal age requirements.

Responsible Serving Practices:

  • Each client is limited to one alcoholic beverage per visit to promote responsible consumption.
  • Alcoholic beverages will only be served by designated staff members who have been trained in responsible serving practices.

Do You Charge for Polish Take-off?

NailVibe Polish Take-Off Policy

At NailVibe, we aim to provide transparent and fair pricing for all our services, including the removal of existing nail finishes. Our polish take-off policy ensures that our clients receive the best value when transitioning between different types of nail services.

Complimentary Take-Off with Comparable New Service:

  • We do not charge for the removal of an existing nail finish when it is part of a new service that includes a comparable or higher-level finish. For example:
    • Gel polish change
    • Dip manicure
    • Acrylic fill-in or full set
    • Gel-X application
  • This complimentary removal applies regardless of where the previous service was performed.

Charge for Decreasing Finish Level or Removal Only:

  • When transitioning to a lower-level finish or only performing a removal with no new service, a take-off charge will apply. The charges are as follows:
    • Acrylic/Gel-X to Dip/Gel/Regular Polish: $5 charge
    • Dip to Gel/Regular Polish: $5 charge
    • Gel to Regular Polish: $5 charge
    • Removal Only (No Finish): $5 charge for each level of decrease

Take-Off Levels:

  • Our take-off charges are based on the following finish levels:
    • Level 4: Acrylic, Gel-X
    • Level 3: Dip
    • Level 2: Gel
    • Level 1: Regular Lacquer
    • Level 0: No Finish/Removal Only

Examples:

  • Example 1: If you are removing acrylic nails (Level 4) and only applying regular lacquer polish (Level 1), the charge will be $15 ($5 for each level of decrease: Acrylic to Dip, Dip to Gel, Gel to Regular Polish).
  • Example 2: If you are removing dip powder (Level 3) and applying gel polish (Level 2), the charge will be $5 ($5 for the decrease from Dip to Gel).
  • Example 3: If you are removing gel polish (Level 2) with no new service (Level 0), the charge will be $10 ($5 for each level of decrease: Gel to Regular Polish, Regular Polish to No Finish).
  • Example 4: If you are removing Gel-X (Level 4) and applying dip powder (Level 3), the charge will be $5 ($5 for the decrease from Gel-X to Dip).
  • Example 5: If you are removing regular lacquer (Level 1) and applying gel polish (Level 2), there is no charge since it is an upgrade in the finish level.
  • Example 6: If you are performing an acrylic soak-off only with no other service (Level 4 to Level 0), the charge will be $20 ($5 for each level of decrease: Acrylic to Dip, Dip to Gel, Gel to Regular Polish, Regular Polish to No Finish).

  • All non-disposable equipment is thoroughly sanitized and sterilized after each use. This includes tools such as nail clippers, cuticle pushers, and nippers.
  • We use hospital-grade disinfectants and sterilization methods to ensure that all reusable tools are completely free of bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

Single-Use Disposable Items:

  • We use single-use disposable pedicure jets to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a fresh, clean experience for every client.
  • All files, buffers, and non-sterilizable tools and equipment are disposable and are used only once per client. This eliminates the risk of transferring any pathogens from one client to another.

Pedicure Bowl Liners:

  • To further enhance our sanitation efforts, we use pedicure bowl liners for every pedicure service. These liners are replaced after each use, providing an extra layer of protection and ensuring sanitary conditions for every client.
